Domaine de la Taille aux Loups Montlouis Remus 2017, Loire Valley 125ml/bottle                                      £7.50 / £40Chenin Blanc aged in oak (mainly older barrels) for 12 months resulting in a deliciously complex wine combining some rich pastry aromas with pear, apple and plenty of zingy acidity.
